Sian has been married three times, firstly to Don Roy, secondly to international leading actor Peter O'Toole, and thirdly to actor Robin Sachs (son of Leonard Sachs, who appeared in The Massacre of St Bartholomew's Eve and Arc of Infinity - it's funny to think of Sian Phillips as President Borusa's daughter-in-law!). Both O'Toole and Sachs died in 2013. Her daughter Kate O'Toole is also an actor.
